DID YOU KNOW! (part 1)

That when using kitchen knives you should (in order to keep them sharp):
  1. Clean, dry, and put them away immediately after use so they do not get caked food on them (even at the microscopic level).
  2. (if you keep them in a block) slide them in sharp-side-up so as not to dull the blade.
  3. When using a knife to scoot food off a cutting board, do so sharp-side-up, once again so you don't dull the blade.

With these simple solutions, you will never have knife troubles again
